Mine, The leak in the bathroom last year, which casued us to compleatly gut it and put in a new one, caused some damage to the Kitchen below.

While I don't think it's really going to fall down, it does look bad, but the rehab of the 1st floor is not scheduled until 05.

Someone needs to tell me why I wanted to buy and rehabe an old house, because I don't remember.

honest to god...when our bathroom did the same thing, and we ripped the hole in our ceiling, we found a ruby ring. I still have it...I just haven't ever gotten around to getting it appraised.
